“PENTHOUSE B” in the Olympia DUMBO has officially closed at $16.25 million, ranking as the highest price-per-square-foot ever for a sponsor condo in Brooklyn (at $3,297 PPSF), and the third most expensive condominium sale in Brooklyn history, according to a release Thursday from Olympia DUMBO.
